It's currently 10:42 am and I'm just sitting here watching Will finish up breakfast because he just woke up at about 10:15. Last Saturday he slept until 11...but he didn't go to sleep until 10:30 the night before because Chris and I had been out on a date. This is actually really nice for me because I can sleep in and have time to get up and get ready before Will wakes up. However, he started "school" yesterday and it starts at 8...yikes. We have decided that we need to put him to bed earlier so that he won't sleep so late...so we put him to bed at 8:30 last night and he just wasn't ready. He fussed until around 9 when he finally went to sleep...and then slept until 10:15. Even if I could get him in the habit of going to bed at 8 or so, how does this work on nights when we have something to do? Oh, the dilemma.
Speaking of starting school, this is a video I took of Will yesterday before his first day of school even though we were already late....

Cute! I was telling Ben about him teetering with his backpack at pdo... now if I can wrangle him in her he can see it too. I am going to report these late nights to Shirley so she can write Will tardy slips when he is late...

I wish my kids slept like that, but we're lucky if they make it to 7am. He is adorable! He didn't dance like that at the wedding. I guess we didn't play the right kind of music. Ha!
